Glass machinery equipment professional regulations

[China Glass Network] is to promote the technological progress of the glass machinery deep processing equipment manufacturing industry, maintain the overall interests of the equipment manufacturing industry, standardize the business behavior of enterprises, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, improve the quality of equipment, and prevent unfair competition. Specially formulated the glass deep processing equipment manufacturing industry regulations.

The second glass deep processing equipment manufacturing industry refers to enterprises that have obtained industrial and commercial business licenses and engaged in the production of glass deep processing equipment according to law.

Article 3 The Bank's regulations are organized and implemented by the Association's Glass Deep Processing Equipment Committee under the guidance of the China Building Glass and Industrial Glass Association.

Article 4 The Association's Glass Deep Processing Equipment Committee has the right to take necessary education and sanctions for the enterprises that cause disorder in the production and operation of the glass equipment industry, harm the interests of other operators, and fail to comply with the rules and regulations, including warnings, industry criticism, The government department may also be recommended to impose the following penalties: (1) ordering it to correct; (2) giving a warning; (3) imposing a fine; (4) ordering it to suspend business for rectification; and (5) suspending its business license by the industrial and commercial administration.

Article 5 Adhere to the principle of fair competition, establish correct business ideas and management style, and resolutely oppose behaviors that harm national interests and the overall interests of the industry for profit.

Article 6 All glass deep processing equipment manufacturers shall implement the policies, laws, regulations and regulations promulgated by the government departments concerning production and marketing. In the absence of standards in the country, the committee can organize the establishment of a unified membership standard, which is followed by the company and serves as the standard for equipment quality assessment within the industry.

Article 7 If the glass deep processing equipment manufacturing enterprises have requirements on the policies of the government departments, they may report them to the committee in writing, and the China Building Glass and Industrial Glass Association shall report them to the relevant government departments for proper settlement.
