The hollow glass equipment production line is a high-efficiency insulating glass equipment. It can complete the processing of an insulating glass in tens of seconds, which is a must for our glass engineering. The reason why the hollow glass production line is more efficient than ordinary insulating glass equipment is the structural setting. Today, Xiaobian mainly introduces the structure and performance of the cleaning section of the insulating glass production line.

The production line of insulating glass equipment mainly has four sections: feeding section, washing and drying section, inspection section and combined section. The four sections are placed vertically at the same angle of inclination, which is compact, economical, efficient, and easy to maintain. The cleaning box is made of stainless steel material, and the conveying roller is an acid-resistant rubber roller; the glass cleaning can be conveniently observed at any time through the plexiglass window; the feeding section, the cleaning and drying section are driven by manual stepless speed regulation motor, and the glass is better. The speed runs smoothly. The drying section uses a large wind-inclined air knife to dry the glass surface. The inspection section is provided with a lamp tube, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; the combined segment has a glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning device, which can complete the glass positioning and the aluminum frame positioning and placement function. The glass is supported and conveyed by the conveying rubber roller. The conveying roller is driven by the motor (roller segment motor) through the sprocket through the frequency converter. The glass enters this section from the cleaning and drying section at low speed, and after accelerated inspection, it accelerates to the next work. The section improves the working efficiency; the operating speed of the speed regulating motor of this section is controlled by the frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.
